This activity is about getting out and seeing the many wonderful parts of Australia most people never see - both local and far away!

Walks vary from short day walks to the more challenging night treks. There is a walk to suit everyone. Bushwalking qualifications can count toward youth Award Schemes and Leader Training updates, or we can just help you improve your outdoor skills so you are more comfortable in the bush.

Who can do it?
Bushwalking is available to everyone in the Scout movement.

When can I do It?
All year round, meeting nights, day trips, and weekends.

Qualifications required?
A bushwalking qualification is required for all bushwalking activities and MUST be held by
the leader of the walk (including youth members undertaking Queen’s Scout Expeditions and Green Cord hikes)
