GWSR Cub Scout Council is holding the annual Cub Baanya at Bundilla Scout Camp, 6 Baden Powell Place, Winston Hills. Cub Baanya is a camp for older Cub Scouts that is conducted on a Patrol basis with each District camping together. The Menu and associated costs are to be arranged by each Seeonee. Packs should submit the application form with camp fees to the Region Office by the closing date. To be eligible to attend, the Cub Scout’s birthday should be between 31st January 2001 and 31st March, 2002. COST: Camping Fees - Cubs $15, Patrol Leaders and Leaders $12.00 Plus Food costs to be arranged by each District. CLOSING DATE: 20th October 2011 Pack Application form, individual A1 forms and camp fees only MUST reach Region Office no later than close of business 20th October 2011. Cheques are to be made payable to Scouts Australia. NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED Cub Leaders - please ensure all parents receive an A1 form – don’t forget to ADD YOURSELF as the EMERGENCY CONTACT for your Pack.
