Blue Mountains Mindari meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
Introductory Interviews are held at Bundilla on the first Thursday in the month. For those unable to attend this night, your Group Leader needs to contact the DC and Training representative to organise an alternative. Blacktown district Cub Scout Leaders meeting held on the 3rd Thursday each month. Holroyd district Cub Scout Leaders meeting held on the 3rd Wednesday each month. Wear: Full Uniform Region Activities Team hold regular meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of every second month.
Parramatta district council meeting held on the 4th monday of each month.
Hawkesbury district council meeting held on the 1st Tuesday of each month.

Hills South Seeonee meets every 4th Thursday of the month. Check venue with leader. Hills District Council meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
A meeting of the Region Executive council members. As of 19th April 2010, the Region Executive meet on the 3rd Monday of the month. Blue Mountains Seeonee meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month
As of 17th May 2010: Section Leaders will now attend their respective sectional training nights (eg - Seeonee & Mindari) on different nights to the District Councils. Therefore District Councils will now only be attended by District Leaders, Group Leaders and Leaders-In-Charge and invited guests. Sections Leaders wanting to attend for a specific purpose are welcome to do so following consultations with the District Commissioner. As of 16th June 2010: This meeting is held on the 4th Wednesday of every month. Penrith District Cub Scout Leaders meeting held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
As of 11th January 2011: Region Wandarrah will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Hawkesbury Mindari meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Effective 15th August 2011.
Closing date is 17th February 2012. Course number not available - please leave blank. Registration from 8am in the Rotary Hut. Course commences promptly at 8.30am and concludes at 4pm. Bring your own packed lunch (you will not be permitted to leave the premises to buy lunch). Morning and Afternoon tea provided - cordial available throughout the day. If you have specific dietary requirements please contact me asap or put a note with your application form. Bring along your favourite game to share with others on course. Wear neat, full uniform.
