We would like to clarify the procedure for payments made through the GWS Office for Scouts Australia.
Cheques need to be made payable to Scouts Australia. Greater Western Sydney Region does NOT have a separate bank account.
All payments by any method go into the Scouts Australia NSW account.
The account that EFT payments are made to is NOT Greater Western Sydney’s account.
It is therefore vital that in the reference some mention of GWS is made as we have to go through the statements for the whole of NSW and pick out ours.
