To Whom it may Concern,
My name is Timothy Kirsopp and I am Chair of Draco Scout Fellowship in the ACT. As everyone know, Queensland was devasted in the January 2011 flood and cyclone. Homes, workplaces, infrastructure and scout equipment was ruined or destroyed.
Draco Scout Fellowship is selling the "I Helped Other People Queensland Flood 2011" badge to raise money for the QLD Chief Commissioner Disaster releif fund. Badges are $3 each and $2 from every badge will be donated (the other $1 covers manufacturing cost). Attached is a flyer, please email or print this out and desiminate it amongst your groups and members.
The last time we did this was for the 2009 Victorian Bushfires and we sold 2000 badges and raised over $4500. We want to beat that this time!
