TO ALL ROVERS IN GWSR...
Your help is needed at the 2010 Region Jamborette.

Last year we had a fantastic attendance by Rovers, and we assisted with many different situations. Our help was very much appreciated by the Scout section.

This year, I am organising THREE Rover teams, one team to run the BASE during the day, one team to provide SECURITY (Day & Night), and one team to provide CATERING to all the Rovers attending.

CATERING & CAMPING
Rovers will be camping together in a designated area. No alcohol permitted - strictly DRY camp. I am organising a catering team (as like last year) to cater for us during the whole weekend (Friday dinner to Monday lunchtime).

COST
$30 for Leaders/Rovers/Venturers (early bird discount - $5 off if paid by 14th May 2010)
Additional cost for catering to be advised closer to event.

Close of Business Tuesday 1st June 2010 - forms and money due at Region Office by this date (6 Baden Powell Place, Winston Hills NSW 2153).

WHY
Helping out at Jamborette is a fantastic PR event to promote Rovers to our Scouts. It is important to keep encouraging our Scouts to move up through the sections and hopefully into Rovers in the near future. Best behaviour is required at all times during this weekend to ensure that the Rover section is always represented in the best possible way.

If you are want to help at Jamborette this year on the Rover Base, on Security Team, or on Catering Team please:

1. Download and print the A1 form from HERE
2. Send page 1 & money to Region Office at the latest by 1st June 2010.
3. Email me (Matt Thompson) your name, crew, mobile number and your preference for either BASE WORKER, SECURITY or CATERING so that I can allocate roles & keep you updated over the next 2 months.
