Further Training
Leaders are invited to continue to improve their knowledge and skills through further training opportunities. These opportunities include;
Advanced Leader Training
On completion of advanced training, Leaders are eligible for the award of the Wood Badge Award and Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management). If they also hold a current Senior First Aid qualification, they are eligible for the award of a Certificate IV in Leadership.

Distance Learning Options
Distance Learning options for some courses are available for people who have difficulty attending courses. This format requires more self discipline and effort as well as more time from our volunteer Assessors.
