This schedule indicates the Local Activity Co-ordinator for each Region/District as listed in the GWS Region Directory & Contact List (as at August 2017). Activity notifications must be submitted for all outdoor overnight, and adventurous activities. Activity Notification Forms must be lodged 2 weeks before the event.
