To enable leaders to proceed through the new E-Learning Process to Advanced Training there is a need for both Joey Scout and Cub Scout Leaders to complete missing components of their basic training.
These catch up courses allow leaders, who are appointed in the Joey Section to take their youths on Mob Holidays and Cub Leaders to take their youths on Pack Holidays and Camp Under Canvas once they meet additional O & I requirements.
The details of the courses are as follows:
Date: 25th March, 2012
Venue: Bundilla Scout Camp, 6 Baden-Powell Place, Winston Hills
Cost:
- Joey Scout Leaders $15.00
- Cub Scout Leaders $30.00
Times:
- Joey Scout Leaders 8.00am to 1.00pm
- Cub Scout Leaders 8.00am to 5.00pm
Uniform: Yes – CSL may need dark coloured pants for outdoor fire lighting, cooking etc.
Meals:
- Joey Scout Leaders Morning Tea supplied – bring lunch
- Cub Scout Leaders Morning & Afternoon Tea and lunch supplied
Course Application L1 – download from NSW Scout Website and mark whether JS or CS BST Catch Up Course. No course number needed.
