At last we have the approvals we need and Rodger and I have been OK'd
to send out this guide for use of the new child protection declaration.
It answers the basic questions but common sense should prevail.
The typical question so far have centred around very pedantic outlooks
and not reading things properly.
What about Cubs, they don't have IDs?... The second para covers that...
