The Y1 was changed to add in a 2nd parent signature and the wording in the Parent/Guardian Authority and Undertaking was modified following instructions from Robert Rodgers (Assistant Chief Commissioner – Issues Management). Similar changes in the wording of the Authority and Undertaking were made to the W1 and W12.
The A1 and associated documents were changed to have a current year – but that is the only change made to these forms.
There have also been several changes made to the International Forms of late –
And the Awards Section has also been modified to include updated:
- F6 – Grey Wolf Application Form
- F7 – GWA Commencement Application
- F8 – Application for International Explorer’s Award
Small changes were also made to the Property Forms –P2 (NSW Police Information no longer included – link to information provided) and the P3.
The option to Download ALL Forms and the option within each category to download the forms in that category have also been updated to include the current forms.
