Superheroes Agoonoree

The annual Agoonoree will take place on Friday the 19th – Monday the 22nd of September at Camp Ku-Ring-Gai, Cumberland Reach (Hawkesbury River, beyond Wilberforce). This year’s theme is Superheroes.

An Agoonoree is a camp open to ALL Scouts and Guides in all Sections, especially Scouts and Guides with special needs. Cubs, Junior Guides and Joeys can attend if accompanied by a Leader or parent/guardian.

-         - Tent camping is preferred and encouraged, but there is also indoor bunk accommodation available

-        -  Participants are encouraged to wear ‘Superheroes’ theme costume, especially on Saturday

There will be a Visitors' Day on Saturday the 20th and an offsite activities day on Sunday 21st at the Australiana Pioneer Village in Wilberforce. These days may be the preferred option as one-off activities for younger members and there is also an option for one night camping on Saturday.

The A1 Activity Notification Forms (application) for the camp, and further details regarding the activities will be available on the Scouts NSW website by the end of June or contact Mark Burfield at to request an application form.
