Launch of Region EMS (Event Management System)

It is with great excitement that I announce the launch of the new Region EMS (Event Management System). It is a custom designed, online application that has been nearly 2 years in the making - the system will streamline our Region Event Registration processes while making it much easier for leaders to register for Region Events, and easier for our Region Team to manage them.

After extensive testing, the system is now live with two events currently available to register for; Region Jamborette and Cub Day @ Region Jamborette. All event details (E1 forms etc) are available to view/download without having to login. When you want to register yourself or your youth/leaders to attend an event, just register a profile (one time only) and click 'Register' on the event!

Please note that during this trial period, not every Region event will be available in the Region EMS - to access E1 forms for those events, please find them in our Region Calendar as per normal.
