BSA National Scout Jamboree 2010

Written by Aaron Wardle.

The Australian Contingent has recently returned from the Boy Scouts of America National Scout Jamboree held at Fort AP Hill, in Virginia USA. Over 40,000 other Scouts from America and around the world joined together to celebrate 100 years of Scouting in the USA. The celebration was big, the excitement epic, and the fireworks spectacular. Having toured New York, Niagara Falls, Washington DC and Disneyland as well, the entire contingent most definitely enjoyed a very memorable journey and all look forward to other exciting adventures in the future.

The next BSA Jamboree is in 2013 for boys aged 12-18.
